  1. Why do I need to be at the Experience?

    The Experience is not for everyone, and we can’t be sure you need to be there without talking with you, but in general, if your business is not where you want it to be, or your life is not where you want it to be, then you need to be at BCE. It is an extremely unique opportunity for you to stop and reflect on your business and life, then with guidance, create plans that are truly effective. You will connect with top professionals in a wide range of industries and learn from their experiences.

  2. How is this Experience different than other events that I have attended?

    It’s nothing like any event you’ve attended. First, there’s the setting. We chose Sunriver Resort because we felt that true business and life breakthroughs rarely happen in sterile conference rooms. In Sunriver, you can get away and think with a fresh perspective. Every presentation and workshop is lead by the BC coaches who are masterful at helping business professionals improve how they work and live. The architecture of the event is designed for you to reflect, plan, and connect so that you leave with the clarity, conviction, and plans that will help you to be more successful in business and life. Many seminars leave attendees excited, exhausted, and overwhelmed. The Experience leaves attendees refreshed, clear, and committed to what must be done in order for them to reach their goals.

  3. If I spend $1990 on this event, what can I expect my return to be?

    That is very difficult to quantify. A CEO could make a decision at the Experience that will impact the company’s bottom line to the tune of $100,000+. A sales professional could learn a new skill, or create the best plan they’ve ever had with clarity around how to execute it and double their business in the year ahead. A manager could learn what’s required to truly become an effective manager or leader and forever impact their career. A working parent could hear a message in the parenting breakout session that will cause them to radically change the way they interact with their children. Everything with Building Champions comes down to 1 on 1 experiences that impact people right where they are at, where they have need, or where they have an opportunity. All of our coaching experiences create individual results that are best for each person who participates.

    For Building Champions, the experience is everything. For the last 15 years, we have been creating experiences that are designed to maximize learning and effectiveness. Sunriver Resort is a beautiful resort surrounded by mountains, rivers, and forests. The setting allows attendees to get away from their normal daily routine and think with a fresh perspective.

  5. What will we do while we are there?

    Some of your time will be spent learning from our coaching team in main sessions. The teaching will be around business and life best practices and will prepare you to complete tools designed to help you reflect and plan. Some of the time will be spent in smaller breakout sessions. There will also be time spent learning from fellow attendees. All of this takes place in settings ranging from hikes along the river, to conference rooms, to time alone, to river floats with peers.

  6. Who is this designed for?

    Executives, managers, and sales professionals who are committed to being proactive in their businesses and lives.

  7. Why is it so expensive in this type of economy?

    We don’t see it that way. Some of the things that might be overlooked are that this is a 4 day coaching experience for a limited number of people and that it is capped at 225. It’s not a seminar. It requires a whole team of coaches and staff to orchestrate. Some might compare it to a 2 or 3 day seminar which would not be fair comparison. We believe we have priced it very fairly and are confident in our attendee’s ability to turn a positive ROI in short order. Most seminars have large amounts of time dedicated to selling a multitude of products and services. Those selling the products and services are sponsors whose payments help to defray the overall expense of the event. The Experience is not a sales event and therefore we do not generate revenue from sponsors. You will never see an expo room or sales pitches at BCE.

  8. What if I have never been coached?

    This is a perfect introduction to BC and coaching. The content that we walk people through is timeless and incredibly effective, whether you’ve coached for years or never been coached before.
