A lot has changed over the past year. where we work, how we work, and when we work all look a lot different in 2021 than in past years.

That’s why we’re excited to launch season three of the Building Champions Podcast.
As always, our goal is to use a combination of interviews and storytelling to bring a unique and fresh perspective on leadership topics to help you to improve how you both lead and live.
Some of the ideas that we’re going to explore together over the coming weeks include how understanding fear can help us give more powerful feedback, or what engineering can teach us about overcoming weaknesses, and why understanding the difference between disease and symptoms can help you sustain long-term change.
