Dan Foster

Throughout his career, Dan Foster has successfully helped executives, small business owners, and sales professionals increase their influence, make better decisions and achieve the results they desire. He loves helping leaders live and lead with greater intentionality and purpose.

As Principal Coach at Building Champions, Dan is a coach to our coaches. He helps them to grow their coaching business and deliver on our brand promises with excellence every day. Dan continues to coach clients and works with executives at the highest levels in organizations. He serves as a thought partner and coach to help our enterprise clients create leadership development strategies and programs which drive impact throughout the entire organization. Dan is frequently invited to speak to audiences on leadership, facilitate team workshops, and lead executive retreats.

Dan also serves as our Vice President of Sales and Business Development. He is responsible for growing the organization. Dan works with new companies and moves our coaching into new industries. He serves on our Strategy Team, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business and leading us towards the fulfillment of our vision and living out our purpose.

He earned his MBA at George Fox University.

Dan and his wife, Sarah, live in Newberg, Oregon, where they are raising their two children, Emma and Jackson. They are actively involved in their local church and community. In his free time, Dan enjoys writing, the outdoors, spending time with his children and traveling with his wife.
