Kathy Mears

Kathy Mears is our Client Experience Coordinator. She manages the wide range of front office needs while also supporting our Executive Coaches to ensure they are able to effectively engage with clients. Previously, Kathy supported a small group of coaches in her role as Coach Coordinator.

She brought over 25 years of administrative experience to Building Champions when she joined in 2018. Previously, Kathy worked at Nike, Inc. in an administrative role where she assisted in event planning, coordinated large scale meetings, and arranged travel. She holds an associate degree in Sports Management and a bachelor’s degree in Communications.

Originally from the New England area, Kathy relocated to Oregon over 20 years ago. She resides in Portland with her three kids.
