Shannon Eckmann

Executive Coach

Resourceful and supportive, Shannon has a track record of guiding operations and leaders within the non-profit and corporate environments. With a reputation for strong listening and coaching skills, she identifies changes and opportunities that match her clients’ needs. Shannon provides guidance on a wide range of issues, including organizational development and dynamics, communication and conflict, critical thinking, leadership and team development, and work/life balance.

As an Executive Coach, Shannon creates high-trust environments with her clients, allowing for deep work that brings about sustainable change. She asks hard questions to address the underlying thought patterns, recognizing that much growth can take place within the mindset. Shannon helps her clients get to where they want to be, but she doesn’t stop there—alongside her clients, she develops a sustainable plan to ensure excellence remains a part of their professional and personal brand.

Previously, she worked for 16 years in higher education where she held administration positions in student development and enrollment as well as taught in the Social Sciences department. Shannon is committed to Board of Directors work. She sits as the Board Chair on the Board of Trustees for The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology. Also, Shannon serves on the Board of SetPath, a community benefit nonprofit that impacts America’s future leaders.

She earned her undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Portland State University and her graduate degree in Counseling Psychology from George Fox University. In her free time, Shannon enjoys working out, mentoring, spending quality time with her family and planning her next winery adventure.

“Shannon’s transformational and creative approach challenges me to reflect and react in a way that is really helping me see what’s possible as a leader. She works with me to bring about change, as well as offering me a clear methodology and roadmap for obtaining these results.”
