Sue Weaver

Sue Weaver joined Building Champions with more than 25 years of hands-on leadership experience, most recently as a senior leader in a $6B sales organization. During her career, she has consistently led high-performing teams primarily through a focus on coaching and developing people, prioritizing culture and fit, improving team effectiveness and implementing more efficient systems.

As a senior manager in a region producing $750 million in sales, she not only successfully navigated a major economic downturn while maintaining profitability but replaced all of the production through a focus on leadership development and leveraging efficiencies. During her time as a regional manager, she led the fastest growing region in her organization. And prior to officially moving into management, she was one of her company’s top 5 producers and consistently in the top 10 percent nationwide.

Throughout her career, Sue was known for her ability to not only coach her own people but others throughout the organization and her industry as well.  She loves to help clients know their “why” while instilling a growth mindset whenever possible. She’s known for bringing transformational change to everyone she serves. In addition to being certified to deliver a wide range of assessments, Sue has received coaching certifications through both the International Coaching Federation and the NeuroStrategic Coaching Institute.

Passionate about serving through mission work, Sue spent many years partnering with humanitarian groups focused on eliminating poverty through land ownership initiatives. As part of the team, she was able to help communities on the Mexican and Guatemalan borders.

Sue had been a part of the Building Champions community as a client for nearly 10 years through one-on-one coaching so she knows first-hand what the coaching journey looks like and is especially equipped to help clients get the most from their coaching experience.

When Sue isn’t coaching executive leaders, she is spending time with her “favorite people on the planet”: her husband Jackson and their five adult kids. Sue loves gourmet cooking, fine red wine, cycling and is passionate about traveling the world.
